You can lay down on a yoga mat or use a meditation bench to sit comfortably while you meditate. If you are intimidated by meditating because you simply don’t know where to begin, check YouTube for a guided meditation that you can follow along with until you find a practice that brings you the greatest peace.

Crystal singing bowls come in various sizes and carry a specific note that helps to resonate and activate various chakras. Playing a crystal bowl can easily and quickly ground your body after a stressful day. They are easy to play and the various frequencies will leave your body, mind, and spirit feeling amazing.
