Essential Oils
Essential Oils
Essential oils have become a part of my families everyday life. When we can’t sleep we run our diffuser with lavender, serenity and/or vetiver. After we steam broccoli or cauliflower for dinner we run purify to get rid of the stinky smells they leave behind. When we go skiing I put a drop of Citrus Bliss inside my face scarf right where my nose is, which keeps me alert and also smells WAY better than a wet wool mask. During our last move we ran Lemongrass which smelled amazing and helped us declutter and get rid of “stuff” that we were storing for no reason. Through my energy work studies I have learned how to identify more and more what the emotional root is to our physical ailments. Our bodies are amazing and will tell us exactly what it needs if you learn how to listen and ask the right questions.
Essential oils can be great support in balancing your everyday life and supporting you through your energy work session.
