Yayyyyy! I am so excited you are here. Never in my wildest imaginations did I think I would be starting a blog. Let’s just say I can easily entertain a “Grammar Geek” without even trying and I would say the “I’m not a writer” label has pretty much kept me from entertaining this “blogger” idea for … oh let’s see… FOREVER!
But finally, I said to Heck with that, tore off the label, threw it on the ground and said “LET’S GO”
So, here we are. Now you are probably wondering what type of blog you have just stumbled upon and that is what we will get into next.
Since I have officially ripped off all the “labels” we can now call this our “Clean Slate” as we start this adventure together. One of two things is most likely going to happen.
- You will at some point say “She’s lost her mind” and send me some crazy comment letting me know just how crazy I am
OR - You are going to be jumping up and down with pure childlike joy because you just landed on a site that is going to rock your world and open your eyes to the FULL SPECTRUM of what is possible for not only your mind but your body and spirit also.How Does It Get Any Better Than That?
I invite you to live in the Full Spectrum Fabulous mindset of “What else is possible” instead of the “There is no way this is real” mindset.
For the longest time, my mindset was stuck in the latter until my body was screaming at me to make some changes. You can read more about that in our About Chrystal section. For now, let’s just say that was the moment I was finally able to see the Full Spectrum of what else was possible when it came to healing my body.
